We have a small herd of sheep that are a Dorset/ Texel/ Hampshire Cross Breed. Lambing season is spring and they will be delivered to the butcher in fall. Please email if interested.
General Details:
- We butcher a small herd each fall. We use Taylor Meats in Watertown for processing.
- Generally, we have available lamb under a year, hogget (lamb between 1-2 years) and mutton (lamb over 2 years).
