Lamb Order

We have a small herd of sheep that are a Cross Breed. Lambing season is spring and they will be delivered to the butcher in fall. Please email or complete an order form if you are interested.

Timeline:

  • Lamb order will be sheep butchered within 6-12 months.  Hogget orders will be sheep butchered from 18-24 months.
  • Orders are ready by late fall each year.
  • We use Taylor Meats in Watertown, MN to process all orders.
  • It generally takes 5-7 days to process the meat from the time of the delivery from the farm.
